Sometimes, women don't know they're pregnant until they're 4 to 6 weeks along, so drinking alcohol during the time they're trying to get pregnant can hurt the baby early on.

Drinking alcohol during pregnancy can cause a range of problems for the baby, known as fetal alcohol spectrum disorders.

Drinking alcohol while pregnant raises the chances of having the baby too early, losing the baby, or the baby being born dead.

3 ingredients pina colada

3-4 frozen pineapple cubes, 3-4 frozen banana cubes, 1/2 cup coconut milk.

Blend everything in the blender at high speed

Mix orange juice and pineapple juice with the steerer in a mimosa glass or any serving glass of your choice, and top it with Welch's alcohol-free sparkling white grape juice.

Use any Selzer, sparkling water or soda as an alternative to Welch's alcohol-free sparkling white grape juice.

Use mango juice as an alternative to orange or pineapple juice.

To make this recipe more fun freeze the juices in ice cube mold, put the frozen juice cubes in the glass, and top it with a choice of sparkling liquid.
